Chapter II

The Battle Maniac of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood will briefly appear when entering Elysion Boulevard for the first time. He will come riding in on a tram before swinging away across the rooftops.

Chapter V

He reappears with the rest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood once Geppetto's Puppet reaches their hideout. The Battle Maniac taunts Geppetto's puppet as the battle begins.

The Battle Maniac takes turns with the other members joining in the fight to back the Eldest up. The Eldest is eventually killed by Geppetto's Puppet, causing the others to abandon the fight and gather around his body. As the Brotherhood retreats using a smoke grenade, the Battle Maniac takes the Eldest's sword while swearing revenge.

Chapter X

The Black Rabbit Brotherhood reappears in the Relic of Trismegistus after the attack on Hotel Krat. This time all three engage Geppetto's Puppet simultaneously. In the middle of the battle the Eldest is resurrected by the Alchemists. The Battle Manaic is annoyed that he is now indebted to the Alchemists for bringing him back before eagerly saying that he and Eldest will get revenge together. Geppetto's puppet kills the resurrected Eldest along with the rest of the Brotherhood. As he dies he wonders if their fate was sealed when they couldn't protect the Eldest from getting killed.

Battle Maniac of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood Maybe when we couldn't save our brother...that's when our fate was sealed.

Trivia

• The Battle Maniac is one of the few characters besides Geppetto's puppet to use a Legion Arm. He has a Puppet String on his left arm, which he uses in combat and to maneuver through the city.
